After 36 years as a customer, I am transferring to another bank. Until the vast majority of current customers do this maybe the top brass will get the message of how screwed up they have made their online banking.

Too many problems to list them but long waits on telephone and customer service reps who argue instead of helping NO MORE FOR ME My advice - Take your account and walk to anther bank as fast as you can better yet RUN !!!!!
